The hotel is located on a private peninsula Punta Skala, about 12 km north of the seaside town Zadar. The resort offers a wide range of activities throughout the year – swimming, bowling, football, tennis, padel, diving, basketball, yoga, cycling and kayaking. The hotel also has swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) and a spacious wellness area (6,000 m²), which includes, for example, water beds, a panoramic ground sauna and a Turkish bath (hammam).
