The complex is situated in the southern part of the Nessebar resort, right next to the park and the adjacent sandy beach. You can stay in comfortably furnished rooms or apartments, with a choice of views of either the park or the sea. The resort offers a wide range of activities (animation, water gymnastics, tennis, table football, darts, bowling, billiards, water sports), swimming pools, aqua park, diving center, bike rental and a spa spread over 3 floors, which offers, for example, body treatments, a jacuzzi or a Turkish bath.

The hotel towers over the Sunny Beach and is also close to the center of the popular Bulgarian resort Nesebar. The entire promenade is approximately 8 km long and in its vicinity you can find a number of bars, restaurants and sports facilities. The hotel itself offers several themed restaurants, facilities for various activities (water and non-water), animation programs, a children’s playroom, indoor and outdoor pools or a wellness center with a relaxation zone in Moroccan style.
