The complex is located on the left bank of the Danube in the village of Patince, about 16 km west of the district town of Komárno. The hotel offers a restaurant, a buffet, a bicycle rental service and various types of comfortably equipped rooms. The complex includes an extensive wellness center with thermal pools (temperature up to 36°C), which are fed from the local thermal spring Héviz. In addition, there are seasonal outdoor pools, an outdoor thermal pond, a ten-person massage whirlpool, saunas and a massage center.

The hotel is located in the village of Veľký Meder, practically directly opposite the entrance to the popular water park called Thermal Corvinus. However, the hotel itself also provides quality wellness facilities. This includes an indoor stainless steel swimming pool with counter-current, a Finnish sauna with a plunge pool, a Turkish bath with heated stones, an inhalation salt cabin and a jacuzzi. Various massages (classic, relaxation, honey), peat wraps or a detoxifying body peeling with sea salt are also available for those interested.
