The complex is located near a public sandy beach in the resort of Puerto de Santiago in the west of the island of Tenerife. The hotel has a varied selection of restaurants and bars, some of which have ocean views. There are also swimming pools (2 × family, 2 × children’s and a pool with a long spiral slide), a wellness center (saunas, ice fountain, sensory showers, water beds, jacuzzi), a children’s playroom, a playroom for teenagers, a sports field, a cinema and mini golf.
